SERVICE
1. Products damaged in transit.
2. Products with missing or defaced product labeling.
3. Products damaged caused by natural catastrophes, faulty electric power, and environmental conditions.
4. Problems due to failure to follow the product installation and operating instructions.
5. Products that are physically damaged, misused, or altered with components not authorized by HANWELL Technology.
HANWELL Technology offers one year warranty in workmanship commencing from the invoice date.
Newly purchased items found with defects are exchanged at no cost if returned within 2 weeks from arrival date.
All freight or repair will be paid by HANWELL Technology.
Items purchased over 2 weeks but less than one year will be charged for materials but repaired at no cost.
Items purchased more than one year but less than two years will be charged for both parts and labor.
HANWELL Technology will bear one-way freight charge ( For the repaired unit return ).
Items purchased over 2 year will not be covered under HANWELL Technology warranty.
In the case of returned product has no apparent faults tested by HANWELL Technology,
applicant is requested to pay a testing fee of $20~$100 USD and responsible for all freight charges.
HANWELL Technology will inform the charges and be responsible for functional test before returning the repaired items.
Repairs are warranted for 90 days from the day of shipment.
Proof of sale maybe required in order to claim warranty.
