2. A RMA number will be issued in approximately three working days.
3. Client is responsible to deliver the goods within seven days from the date RMA number is issued.
Please pack return items properly.
HANWELL TECHNOLOGY is not responsible for packages lost or damage during shipment.
Please mark the RMA number clearly on the package with a copy of RMA form.
4. Returned item must match quantity and serial number on the request form. Any item that does not match will be rejected.
5. When package is received and content is verified, quotation and acknowledgement will be email to applicant.
Usually this takes approximately 10 working days.
In case parts need to be specially ordered, quotation could take longer than 10 working days.
6. Client will be notified whether wishes to continue the repair process when a repair fee is applicable.
7. RMA quote is valid for two weeks, then enquiry will be closed.
HANWELL Technology is not responsible for keeping the goods and all information regarding RMA will be discarded
if no indication is provided.
8. In normal circumstances 15 to 20 days is required for repair, if extension is necessary applicant will be notified.
RMA will not be issued to customers with overdue accounts. Accounts must be settled prior to RMA issuance.
HANWELL Technology will not process RMA requests from a third party or end user.
Applicant is responsible for the total charge of freight, repair and testing.
If client wishes not to continue and/or no further instruction is given for more then 14 days from issue of RMA,
HANWELL Technology will act as the good discarded by client.
